This is a full-time on-site role for a an Executive Branch Director at CIS College, Aley Branch
Responsibilities
The Director will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and handling the branch day to day operations for students, instructors
- Monitoring all program’s operations for the branch and ensuring it is applied as per CIS standards
- Managing staff’s day to day tasks
- Developing educational programs, creating policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Building partnerships with other educational institutions and stakeholders.
- Representing the college in the community, and participating in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in educational management, preferably in a vocational or technical college
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs
- Experience in building partnerships and networking
- Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
