Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts & Performance Engineer to join our Contractual and Performance Department.

In this role, you will govern the contractual requirements of our projects, ensuring that deliverables and performance standards are met.

Reporting to the Lead of Contractual & Performance, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our power plant projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and govern contractual obligations, ensuring deliverables and performance metrics are met.
  • Gather technical feedback and reports, and initiate written communications with clients and consultants.
  • Monitor performance metrics and raise any concerns or flags.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with clients and consultants, including onsite meetings.
  • Review, organize, and analyze project documents for clarity and quick retrieval.
  • Adhere to communication protocols set between different parties.


Qualifications:

  • Degree: Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in power plants and/or contracts is essential.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic agility and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to present effectively and professionally.
  • Patience, perseverance, and a positive attitude.

Work Conditions:

  • Work is based in an RE Power Plant.
