Position Overview:

The Content Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content creation, management, and quality assurance within our app. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing Creation and Management:

§ Create and manage listings within the app, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company guidelines.

• Oversee and review listings created, providing feedback and conducting proofreading as needed.
• Content Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all content to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Implement processes and guidelines to ensure content integrity and reliability across the platform.
• In-App Collections and Campaigns:
• Curate and manage in-app collections, ensuring they align with current trends and user preferences.
• Develop and execute in-app campaigns, including promotional activities, discounts, and special offers to drive user engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

·        0-2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proven track record of managing content operations, including listing creation, quality assurance, and campaign management.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
