The Associate | Market Development, is responsible for building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with the clients to support the development of the business
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide insight into product and/or service development, competitive positioning and sales strategies
- Collaborate with superior and Company executives to determine the most viable and cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze clients’ feedback and their satisfaction with the Company’s products and services and identify areas of improvement and change for consideration by superior and Company’s executives
- Establish contact and meet potential clients face-to-face or virtually to present Company offerings and negotiate new business deals
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with company clients and stakeholders
- Issue new offers
- Manipulate the CRM to upload, extract and analyze clients’ information
Knowledge and Skills
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing or alternative
· Five (5) to 8 (eight) years of experience in a similar role experience; an existing client portfolio in Lebanon and the MENA and GCC regions is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. Additional languages are a plus
