Job Description:
As the Remote Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness club’s day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of the Sales, Customer Service, and Administrative teams. Your goal is to ensure exceptional service delivery, efficient processes, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and manage the Sales, Customer Service, and Administrative teams remotely, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across all departments.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer service levels, ensuring a high degree of member satisfaction.
• Sales Performance: Oversee the sales team to drive membership growth, retention, and revenue targets.
• Administrative Oversight: Ensure that all administrative functions, including HR and finance, are performed accurately and on time.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using management software and tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management software).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
