Sales Manager

Wooden Bakery is looking to recruit a Field sales manager who has a proven track record and experience of 5 years in the Lebanese market and specifically in FMCG sector.
The field sales manager job function is:
To be able to form his organizational chart and create and sales team who will be able to cover all market segments.
To create and present the P&L of his department (Cash Van channel and Modern Trade in specific).
To prepare and present an achievable sales target defined by product type, market segment and per month. His sales target should include the sales and marketing budget needed.
To perform training sessions for his team.
To oversee, control and manage the due payments as set by his commercial deals and terms.
To have good knowledge in sales digital tools (Palm Handheld).
To be proficient using Microsoft programs and generate detailed sales report.
To have a proven experience in route to market formation, logistic, delivery process and cash van efficient route plans.
To be organized and structured.
To reestablish the presence and sales of Wooden Bakery products, performing field work more than office work.
To review and revise the pricing structure based on continuous market studies of products from major competitors.
