Administrative Officer

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Greet, welcome and direct clients to the correct department.
•Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and colleagues.
•Answer telephone calls, take messages and forward calls to the appropriate person.
•Respond to clients’ inquiries and handling complaints.
•File, copy, maintain and update client database.
•Manage both digital and hardcopy filing.
•Print and prepare documents including offers and contracts.
•Coordinate with different department.
•Follow up with technicians on a daily basis.
•Setting appointment with the client for maintenance & installation in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
•Liaise with departments and technicians and provide reports about their daily work.

Related Experience:
•Fresh Graduate, experience is a plus.

Education:
•Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent.

•Oral & Written Expression: the ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
