Job Summary

A postdoctoral researcher is needed for a two-year postdoctoral position. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in a blockchain-related topic and excellent experience in developing cloud-based systems.  The selected researcher will work on a research project funded by the Lebanese American University (LAU) to build a cloud-based Decentralized University blockchain that contains several DApps to offer the main University services. The ideal candidate should possess a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a focus on Blockchain Systems. The candidate should also have solid practical experience in Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. Knowledge and experience in machine learning algorithms and tools is a plus.
