Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales process, from generating leads to building lasting relationships and closing deals.
- Promote a diverse range of medical products, including the introduction of new offerings to the market.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective hospitals and medical centers.
- Actively reach out to customer leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and deliver outcomes within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate sales efforts effectively.
- Analyze the territory and market potential, track sales, and report progress to management.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) for reporting and communication.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in a paramedical field (Biomedical, Nursing, Lab Technology, Radiology Technology, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
