Executive Assistant & Administration to the CEO

The Executive Assistant & Admin helps the CEO and other executive leaders within the company in staying organized by managing their schedules and keeping up with correspondence based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization
- Perform secretarial work and provide the team with day-to-day administrative support
-Devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing Organizing and maintaining CEO Calendar and making appointments
- Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities (Visas, Ticket, Hotels, Cars, etc.)
- Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries
- Maintain an updated checklist of all contracts and insurances, and remind CEO about updates as needed
- Ensure proper filing for all legal/ non legal documents related to the company
- Conducting Research & Preparing Reports
- Support the management’s/ HODs departments when needed especially during rush

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 5 years as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools/software
- Presentable and maintain formal outfit at any time to reflect the brand image of the company
