Role Description

Union Healthcare has an opportunity for a Business Development Leader.  Responsible for pursuing opportunities for medium and long-term growth, secure a constant pipeline of products for the company through extensive research and market study.

Responsibilities

·      Identify and approach new potential partners and business sources.

·      Cultivate relationships with prospective partners.

·      Develop proposals and business plans for target companies.

·      Drive contract negotiations with new partners.

·      Ensure proper transition of projects to key stakeholders.

·      Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and developments in small to mid-size pharma and biotech companies.

Qualifications

• Holder of a BS in Medical or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Flexible in managing and undertaking projects across various market segments.
• One of the essential qualifications for this position is that the candidate must be highly organized, punctual, and result driven.
