Franchise coordinator qualifications:
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience in franchise operations, business development, or coordination, preferably within a similar industry (Healthcare CRO)
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate between franchisees, management, and external stakeholders
. Good Communicator during meetings/ calls with clients
· Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple franchise operations efficiently.
· Knowledge of Franchise Systems: Familiarity with franchise models, including training, operations manuals, and compliance requirements.
· Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot franchise-related challenges and provide solutions to maintain smooth operations.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing agreements, compliance documents, and ensuring alignment with franchise standards.
· Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on supporting franchisees, building relationships, and ensuring their success within the franchise network.
· Technological Proficiency: Skilled in using software for CRM, project management, and other tools relevant to managing franchise operations.
· Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing business needs and franchise requirements, including travel to different franchise locations if needed.
