Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and representing REM Trading in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the designated territory.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team, and track sales performance against targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with the beverage and alcohol industry is a plus.
