Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing client relationships, managing forex trading accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to meet clients' trading needs.


Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and attract potential clients, networking, and other sales strategies.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored forex trading solutions.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on forex market trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's services.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and guidance to clients, assisting with account setup, trading platforms, and resolving any issues.

- Product Promotion: Promote company trading platforms, tools, and educational resources to enhance client trading experience.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, and report on progress to the sales manager.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.


Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services, forex industry or life sales insurance.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
