Functions:
As a Senior Relationship Manager at Arab Finance Corporation, your primary goal will be to acquire new clients while managing and developing a portfolio of existing relationships. You will promote our full range of investment products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Initiate and develop relationships with mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals, as well as corporate entrepreneurs, to expand the company’s customer base.
- Identify potential clients with investable assets and proactively engage through leads and referrals from internal and external sources.
- Conduct cold calls, pitches, and presentations to display the company’s capabilities and offerings.
Client Advisory and Financial Planning:
- Assist clients in defining their financial objectives, portfolio structures, investment requirements, and risk tolerance.
- Provide comprehensive advice on personal wealth management and investment opportunities to maximize asset growth and revenue potential.
Investment Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the Trading Desk, Asset Management, and Research & Advisory departments to:
- Advise on global asset allocation and investment diversification.
- Generate innovative product ideas and recommend investment solutions across our full range of offerings.
- Design and propose tailored financial products that meet client needs.
- Guide clients in managing financial market risks and assessing product suitability.
Ongoing Portfolio Management:
- Regularly review clients’ investment objectives and recommend necessary adjustments to asset allocations and portfolio re-balancing.
Feedback and Reporting:
- Maintain systematic communication with management by preparing and updating reports based on client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management, financial planning, or portfolio management
- Strong understanding of investment products and personal financial planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
