Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Raouche – Beirut
Employment Type: Full Time; 9 hours/day
We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to handle the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with department heads and hiring managers to ensure we bring on board individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our long-term success.

What will your day look like?
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various job functions and levels.
• Create job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company website.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the acceptance process.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process & integration for new hires into the company.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.
You are the Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for if you have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent time management.
• Active listening skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Professional and proactive attitude.
