Junior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Beirut at OJAMCO GROUP.

Main Responsibilities:
•Post and process journal entries to ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the system
•Maintain an accurate data at all times by updating regularly accounts receivables/payables information in the system
•Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as requested by concerned managers to facilitate decision making
•Assist in reviewing invoices, expenses…and investigating discrepancies as assigned by managers
•Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
•Participate in stock counting activities when requested by his supervisor to support accurate inventory management and ensure alignment between physical stock levels and financial records


Qualifications
•BA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
•Fresh graduate no experience required
•Good attention to details
•Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•Good analytical thinking and passionate about numbers and figures
