Capital B is a private equity specializing in investments. We are looking for a skilled accountant to join our team and help manage our financial records and ensure compliance with legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and producing budget reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and forecast financial performance.
- Assist with auditing processes and maintain proper documentation of all financial records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CFA/CMA certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as an accountant (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (Visual Dolphin) and MS Excel.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
