Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Coordinator located in Bechamoun. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance measures, managing maintenance activities, and supervising maintenance teams.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.

· Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and repair activities.

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Manage and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.

· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

· Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· At least 2 years of experience in maintenance coordination.

· Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Proficient in maintenance software , ERP and MS Office Suite.
