Senior Marketing Executive

Job Objective

Your role as the Senior Marketing Specialist is to be responsible for developing brand strategies and identifying new opportunities and developments.


You will mainly reposition assets to achieve business goals of generating leads and leases to stabilize or reposition Monty Holding brand image.


Main Tasks

  • Identify research needs to identify opportunities and monitor competitive performance and current and upcoming trends.
  • Define and manage the product communication plans using a variety of media tactics and establish a budget plan for the brand.
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Ensure brand management, long-term strategy, and planning aligned with the brand vision.
  • Analyze performance, monitor ROI, and work closely with product owners on the profitability of the campaign.
  • Support the development of brand communication material to drive brand strategies, animation plans, and launches.
  • Follow up on PR and campaigns.
  • Create and coordinate PowerPoint presentations.
  • Follow-up & assist the digital, creative and PR for the product communication.
  • Draft marketing reports to measure program success, create and coordinate presentations, track results, and build trustworthy connections with all Sales Units.
  • Support the team in lead generation, events, branding, PR and content marketing and ensure a proper briefing.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in Brand/Product/Category management.
  • Ability to translate trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights.
  • Product Marketing.
  • Digital Communication planning & knowledge is a must.
  • Professionalism in SEO and SEM.
  • Strong critical & analytical mindset
  • Agile and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
