Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced civil engineer with a background in the Concrete Repair of war damaged buildings to join our team in Libya.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing damaged concrete structures in buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of concrete properties, repair techniques, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of concrete structures to identify damage and determine the root cause.
Repair Planning: Develop detailed repair plans, including material selection, methods, and timelines.
Implementation: Oversee and execute concrete repair projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of repair work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repair plans, and project progress.
Collaboration: Work closely with Structural engineers’ designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Training: Provide guidance and training to contractor engineers and technicians on concrete repair techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete repair and restoration.
Strong knowledge of concrete properties, repair materials, and techniques.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for structural assessment.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
