Role Description: We are seeking a Building Management System (BMS) Control Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based on-site in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. As a BMS Control Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare single-line diagrams and schematic drawings for BMS project architecture
- Create wiring and controller termination drawings
- Program and test controller logic for optimal and efficient mechanical system operation
- Design graphical user interfaces for the BMS central workstation
- Perform on-site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Provide operator training and develop operation and maintenance manuals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in a building automation engineering or related role
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building equipment and operations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
