Mina is looking for a Business Development Manager – DTC/eCommerce Logistics to join our innovative e-commerce logistics solutions team. As part of a forward-thinking startup, you’ll help us revolutionize logistics and fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach campaigns to attract and engage DTC and eCommerce stores using Mina’s AI pick & pack technology and global logistics solutions.
- Connect with potential clients through cold emailing, calls, and other methods to understand their needs and present Mina’s tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts, enhancing Mina’s market presence and expanding our customer base.
- Identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share by understanding the DTC/eCommerce landscape.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities, managing your pipeline and forecasting with accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, especially within the DTC/eCommerce sector, with knowledge of e-commerce logistics challenges.
- Familiarity with cold outreach techniques and direct client engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting and taking initiative.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools to manage sales activities and campaigns.
