We are looking for an Exceptional CV Writer to join our growing remote recruitment enablement team. As a CV Writer, you are responsible for helping clients optimize their CVs reflecting unique experiences and achievements. 


Responsibilities


Write potential CV bullet points by assessing clients' experiences, responsibilities, and career highlights.

Conduct deep-dive research on clients’ industries, roles, and achievements to gain a thorough understanding of their professional history.

Edit and proofread bullet points, ensuring they are captivating, concise, and professional.

Ensure CV content is relevant, compelling, and accurately represents the client’s expertise and career accomplishments.

Maintain an exceptional level of detail, including perfect grammar, punctuation, and structure in every CV.

Adapt the tone, style, and structure of each CV according to the target industry, role, and client preferences.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve CV creation processes, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Work closely with clients to gather detailed feedback and make iterative improvements to their CVs.

Create eye-catching, tailored summaries that showcase clients’ core competencies and unique value propositions.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional writing, preferably within CV writing.

Expertise in crafting high-quality, professional CVs that are both engaging and concise.

Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with career coaching, recruitment, and ATS optimization. 

Extensive knowledge across multiple industries, with the ability to quickly learn about new fields.

Advanced writing, editing, and copywriting skills, with a focus on clarity and simplicity.

Exceptional attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and overall structure.

Adaptability to adjust writing tone, style, and structure based on the specific field or client requirements.

Self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
