Role Overview
The Senior Financial Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization's financial strategy and ensuring its long-term financial health. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop financial models and projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the financial landscape.

• Business Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
- Evaluate potential investments and acquisitions.
- Assess the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives.

• Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals.
- Oversee financial risk management activities, including hedging and insurance.
- Monitor and manage financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Financial Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial reports for external stakeholders, including investors and lenders.
- Coordinate financial audits and tax returns.

• Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
