The expert will play a critical role in driving the growth of Savvy Element. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence.The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to attract potential clients, stay informed about market trends, and monitor competitor activities.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales and follow-up process, maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects and clients.
  • Conduct well-prepared face-to-face and virtual meetings with decision-makers, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Develop business proposals and contracts to increase revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all company products to educate customers on their benefits.
  • Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
  • Sell the company’s products to customers within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and manage the client database.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Ensure client needs are met by understanding requirements, prioritizing them, and seeking feedback on company performance.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success (3-4 years)
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly in understanding human behavior
  • Excellent networking and communication skills
  • Resourceful individual with outstanding research skills
