We are seeking insightful and empathetic User Experience (UX) Testers to evaluate and enhance the user experience of public sector services. This role involves visiting governmental service locations, engaging directly with service users, gathering feedback, identifying user challenges, and developing actionable recommendations for service improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits and phone calls to designated governmental buildings to observe and evaluate user experiences.
- Interview users of the services, understand their needs and pain points, and document their feedback.
- Analyse responses and behaviours to identify key challenges in service delivery.
- Compile findings into detailed reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with our team to interpret data and contribute to actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher, Service Designer, Social Researcher, CX Analyst, or a similar role, ideally within public sector or community services.
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Relevant certification (e.g., UX Research, Service Design, or HCI) or degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration).
- Demonstrated experience in conducting user interviews, surveys, and focus groups in a sensitive, culturally aware manner.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Has empathy and cultural sensitivity, especially in engaging with diverse user groups.
- Skilled infield research techniques, including interview and survey methodologies.
- Ability to synthesize information, identify patterns, and communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and creating user-friendly reports.
