Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Marketing professional with a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of influencer and creator marketing campaigns for our clients. You will develop and execute creator and influencer strategies, define key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients, and oversee all aspects of campaign management, from influencer discovery to content creation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creator and influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and creators who align with client brand vision and values.
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships.
- Develop and track campaign KPIs and provide regular performance reports to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snap, YouTube).
- Established or know potential network of creators, managers/agents.
- Strong negotiating skills and experience managing influencer budgets.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between brands, media, and consumers, both online and offline.
- Proficiency in online performance tracking and brand measurement tools.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
