Responsibilities:
-Great customers warmly and provide excellent service by answering questions about our gelato flavors, ingredients and specials.
-Handle sales transactions efficiently using our POS system.
-Serve gelato in cones , cups and take-home containers , ensuring presentation and portion standards are met.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, inclusing restocking supplies and keeping the service area tidy.
-Assist in inventory managment, including monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
-Support promotional activities and provide information on seasonal specials or new flavors.
-Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements:
-Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
-Experienced in cash handling and omega POS system.
-A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
