Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
Industry: Furniture and Mattresses

Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Inquiries:

Receive and respond to all incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints effectively.
Order Management:

Assist customers with placing orders and following up on delivery timelines.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Problem-Solving:

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Document and report recurring issues to improve service processes.
Customer Retention:

Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service.
Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to meet customer needs.
Provide input on customer trends to assist in marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Attributes:

Energetic and able to multitask effectively.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (French is a plus).
Location:

Must be based in Beirut or willing to commute to the area.
