- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication and support.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations based on customer specifications while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Provide technical support, including pump sizing calculations, and assist in preparing technical submittals for approval.
- Verify stock availability, coordinate delivery terms, and ensure accurate sales order preparation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to address customer complaints and defective item claims.
- Report market feedback, including customer needs, competition analysis, and pricing trends, to management.
- Assist in performance monitoring and contribute to achieving sales targets and market growth.
Skills
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Computer literate including knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
