  • Lead and manage Contracts Department to ensure all business objectives are achieved.
  • Propose any amendments or improvements, as needed, to procurement policy & procedures to enforce compliance and improve procurement efficiency.
  • Set annual goals, objectives, KPIs and monitor the progress for the department.
  • Manage and oversee the tendering process and ensure that all tenders are processed in line with approved Company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the analysis of any repetitive orders to initiate new call-off agreements and monitor the cap-values/expiry dates of all existing call-off agreements.
  • Develop Annual Procurement Plan for the department to ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in the most efficient and timely manner.
  • Review terms and conditions for all type of agreements including call-off in coordination with Legal.
  • Recruit, develop, guide, mentor and motivate staff to ensure that a professional workforce is in place to meet the needs of the department and foster a healthy working environment.
  • Evaluate employee performance and ensure that all employees receive the support needed to excel in their work.
