We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Navision to oversee all aspects of IT operations, hardware/software management, ERP system optimization, and provide support across all departments and branches. The IT Manager will ensure smooth, efficient, and secure IT systems, enabling the organization to operate at its highest potential.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- ERP System Management: Oversee the operations, maintenance, and support of the ERP system, including all custom applications, to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Manage and resolve daily ERP-related issues, minimizing disruptions to business processes.
- Regularly assess ERP system performance, identifying and implementing optimizations to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
- Lead ERP system upgrades and new module implementations, handling all aspects from planning to deployment.
- Develop and provide training materials and sessions for users on ERP functionalities and updates.
- Liaise with ERP vendors for support, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring a robust partnership and optimal system performance.
- Maintain detailed documentation for ERP system processes, configurations, and modifications to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
IT Infrastructure & Support:
- Manage all aspects of hardware and software, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting across all branches.
- Ensure secure and reliable computer networks, handling network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support across all departments and branches, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal impact on business operations.
- Oversee e-commerce technical management, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with the ERP system.
Vendor & Asset Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware, software, and ERP vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring best service terms.
- Track and document IT assets, ensuring optimal usage and compliance with company policies.
Education & Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing an IT department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, and other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network administration.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
