About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee civil engineering projects related to infrastructure, facilities, and logistics operations.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 7–10 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure or industrial/logistics projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant standards.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
