This is a hybrid freelance role.
The designer will be required to work from our Beirut office three days per week, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The remaining working time can be done remotely from home.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, motivated Junior Creative Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for a designer at the early stages of their career who is eager to build strong brand experience, work on real-world projects, and grow within a dynamic corporate environment.
You will be part of a dynamic marketing and communications team, contributing to visual content and brand materials used across our regional entities in the Middle East, including Lebanon, UAE, Jordan, Oman, and KSA. Your work will support both corporate and local initiatives, giving you exposure to how a brand is adapted and communicated across different countries and audiences.

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Creative Designer, you will take ownership of the day-to-day visual execution of the brand across multiple markets, working within the regional marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:
Own the visual execution of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across regional entities
Design and adapt creative assets for digital, social media, print, and corporate communications
Lead the design and rollout of event and exhibition materials
Develop creative visuals for marketing campaigns across multiple countries, adapting designs when needed while maintaining a unified brand identity
Create basic animations and motion graphics for social media, presentations, and digital platforms
Work on brand-building initiatives, including visual identity applications, templates, and branded materials
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into clear, impactful visual solutions
Proactively suggest creative improvements and ideas to elevate the brand’s visual presence across markets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2-5 years of experience (freelance work, internships, or personal projects count)
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic knowledge of animation or motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
Good understanding of branding principles and visual identity
Experience or strong interest in social media content creation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
Nice to Have
Familiarity with video editing tools
Experience creating content for corporate or brand-driven social media accounts
Knowledge of Canva or other digital design tools
