Job description

Job Overview: LAWAZEM is seeking a motivated and talented Sales Account Manager to join our sales team.
In this role, you will manage client accounts, drive sales growth, and nurture strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a history of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and grow assigned client accounts to achieve sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to management.
Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
