The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of generator sets while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical assembly of generator sets.
• Read and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.
• Support production and after-sales teams in resolving electrical and technical issues.
• Coordinate with mechanical, production, and quality departments.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and inspection records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards.
