We are looking for a QC Officer to safeguard product quality across the production cycle from incoming raw materials to finished goods. The ideal candidate is meticulous, hands-on, comfortable in both lab and production floor settings.
Responsibilities:
- Test and verify incoming raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials against InnoBev quality manual requirements.
- Conduct routine in-process testing during production
- Perform raw/treated water analysis and CO2 analysis checks.
- Carry out microbiological testing on incoming ingredients, raw materials, syrup, and finished goods per the quality plan.
- Coordinate with production on cleaning and sanitation of machinery, verifying results visually and through lab testing
- Document test results accurately and report non-conformances to the QC Manager
- Take appropriate corrective action on non-conforming results, escalating to the QC Manager when needed.
- Report shortages of lab chemicals or equipment in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor' Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 0 2 years of QC experience in food & beverage or FMCG manufacturing preferred
- Working knowledge of lab testing procedures and food safety/quality standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working shifts/production hours as required by the plant schedule.
