About the Role
A law office in Beirut is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Lawyer to join its legal team.
The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage legal matters and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage a variety of legal matters and client files independently.
Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal agreements, and other legal documents.
Prepare legal pleadings, memoranda, notices, and other legal documentation.
Represent and follow up on matters before courts, public authorities, and other relevant entities, as required.
Manage legal cases and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures.
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on their legal matters.
Requirements
Registered with the Bar Association.
10+ years of relevant legal experience.
Strong knowledge of Lebanese laws and legal procedures.
Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage legal matters independently and efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Excellent command of Arabic and English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Registered with the Bar Association.
