المؤهلات المطلوبة للمرشح
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة قوية في الإشراف على المواقع والإنشاءات
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية
- مهارات قوية في التنسيق والقيادة وحل المشكلات
- معرفة بمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة
- القدرة على التنسيق بين المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن
- متاح للعمل بدوام كامل في الموقع في بيروت
We are seeking a Senior Foreman & an experiend Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Metn. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, coordinating contractors and site teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, schedules, quality, and safety requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong site supervision and construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements
- Ability to coordinate contractors and subcontractors
- Available for full-time on-site work in Beirut
