WE ARE HIRING | LEGAL BANKING OFFICER
A leading bank based in Lebanon is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Banking Officer to join its legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on banking and financial matters
- Review and draft banking agreements, contracts, and legal documents
- Handle legal matters related to loans, guarantees, securities, and banking transactions
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with external legal advisors, authorities, and relevant stakeholders
- Support the bank in managing legal risks and resolving disputes

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Law; a Master s degree is a plus
4 7 years of solid experience within the banking sector, preferably in a legal function
Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and financial transactions
Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Professional, discreet, and highly organized

- تقديم المشورة والدعم القانوني في المسائل المصرفية والمالية
- مراجعة وصياغة الاتفاقيات والعقود والمستندات القانونية المصرفية
- متابعة المسائل القانونية المتعلقة بالقروض والضمانات والأوراق المالية والمعاملات المصرفية
- ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين واللوائح المصرفية المعمول بها والسياسات الداخلية
- التنسيق مع المستشارين القانونيين الخارجيين والسلطات والجهات المعنية ذات الصلة
- دعم البنك في إدارة المخاطر القانونية وحل النزاعات

المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبة
درجة البكالوريوس في القانون؛ وتعتبر درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية
خبرة قوية من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في القطاع المصرفي، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال قانوني
معرفة قوية بالقوانين واللوائح المصرفية والمعاملات المالية
مهارات ممتازة في التحليل والصياغة والتفاوض
اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل وقدرات قوية على حل المشكلات
يمتلك الاحترافية والسرية وتنظيم عالي للعمل
