Provide proactive executive support to a group of Partners and senior executives. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, communications, and meeting coordination while ensuring timely follow-up on requests and actions. Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence as appropriate. Prepare and process expense claims, timesheets, and other administrative requirements in a timely manner. Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, agendas and papers. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and client-facing activities across the MENA region.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have 6-8 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience, supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a corporate environment. Bachelor s degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Languages, English Literature, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, and stakeholder communications. National of the respective hiring location. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience supporting senior leadership teams in a fast-paced and matrixed organization. Familiarity with working across multiple geographies and cultures.
