Oversee daily facility management operations across assigned properties Manage all hard and soft services to ensure high operational standards. Prepare annual operating and maintenance budgets: 

* Monitor expenses and optimize operational costs 

* Ensure proper preventive and corrective maintenance implementation 

* Supervise technical teams and service providers 

 Monitor building systems performance and operational efficiency 

* Coordinate with clients, committees, consultants, and contractors 

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (MEP) Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in facility/property management Strong technical knowledge in: * HVAC systems * Electrical systems * Plumbing & water systems * Firefighting & fire alarm systems * Generators & building infrastructure * Experience managing both: * Hard Services (MEP operations & maintenance) * Soft Services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.) * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, preventive maintenance, and client relations * Proficiency in reporting and operational follow-up
