الدور الوظيفي
دعم تقديم برامج فنية ذات أثر إيجابي تربط بين الفنانين والمؤسسات الإبداعية والقطاعات الثقافية في جميع أنحاء المملكة المتحدة وخارجها. وبناء شراكات قوية، وتمكين تقديم البرامج بجودة عالية، وتعزيز التعاون الإبداعي والتبادل الثقافي والابتكار لدفع عجلة النمو الشامل وتحقيق أثر مستدام من خلال الفنون.
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
الخبرة القطاعية / التخصصية
- استخدام الرؤى الخاصة بقطاع الفنون المحلي والتعاون العالمي لتقديم برامج فنية ذات أثر تلبي احتياجات البلاد وتدعم مؤسسات الفنون في المملكة المتحدة.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بأولويات الفنون في المملكة المتحدة وتحديد فرص التعاون بين قطاعات الفنون في المملكة المتحدة والقطاعات الفنية في الدولة.
القيادة والإدارة
- تقديم الخبرة التخصصية والتعاون مع فرق الفنون العالمية لضمان ملاءمة البرامج محلياً وتنفيدها بفاعلية.
- إدارة الأنشطة الفنية وفقاً للمعايير العالمية مع إدماج الممارسات المتعلقة بالمساواة والتنوع والشمول (EDI) ومناهضة العنصرية عبر جميع البرامج.
الاستراتيجية والتخطيط
- دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ محفظة الفنون في الدولة، وبناء التوافق الداخلي حول الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- الاستفادة من المنتجات والخدمات والقنوات الرقمية لتعظيم أثر محفظة الأعمال واستدامتها.
إدارة العلاقات وأصحاب المصلحة
- بناء وصيانة شراكات قوية عبر قطاعات الفنون والقطاعات الثقافية الأوسع للبقاء على اطلاع بأبرز الاتجاهات والفرص.
- تطوير شبكة متنوعة من أصحاب المصلحة في القطاعين الإبداعي والثقافي داخل الدولة.
العلامة التجارية والمكانة في السوق
- دعم التنوع في قطاع الفنون والصناعات الإبداعية بالمملكة المتحدة وتعزيز القيمة المقترحة للمجلس الثقافي البريطاني.
- تطوير الاتصالات التي تعرض قصصاً ذات أثر وتعزز سمعة المجلس الثقافي البريطاني كشريك غير ربحي ذي قيمة.
إدارة البرامج
- إدارة الموارد المالية للمشروعات والعقود والمشتريات والمنح والعناية الواجبة وإعداد التقارير لضمان التنفيذ الفعال.
- قيادة خطط إدارة المشروعات، وحل المشكلات وإحالتها للمستويات الأعلى عند الحاجة، ومساءلة الشركاء والمستشارين وأعضاء الفريق عن التنفيذ.
المؤهلات
التعليم
- شهادة جامعية و/أو خبرة معادلة
المؤهلات المهنية والشهادات
- مؤهل في إدارة المشروعات أو مؤهل معادل أو خبرة عملية معادلة
المعرفة والخبرة الخاصة بالدور الوظيفي

Role
Support the delivery of impactful Arts programmes that connect artists, creative organisations, and cultural sectors across the UK and beyond. Build strong partnerships, enable high-quality programme delivery, and foster creative collaboration, cultural exchange, and innovation to drive inclusive growth and lasting impact through the arts.
Role Accountabilities
Sector / Subject Expertise
- Using local arts sector insight and global collaboration to deliver impactful arts programmes that meet country needs and support UK arts organisations.
- Maintaining knowledge of UK arts priorities and identifying opportunities for collaboration between UK and in-country arts sectors.
Leadership & Management
- Providing specialist expertise and collaborating with global Arts teams to ensure programmes are locally relevant and effectively delivered.
- Managing Arts activities to global standards while embedding EDI and anti-racist practices across programmes.
Strategy and Planning
- Supporting planning and delivery of the country arts portfolio, building internal alignment around strategic objectives.
- Leveraging digital products, services and channels to maximise portfolio impact and sustainability.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships across the arts and wider cultural sectors to stay connected to key trends and opportunities.
- Developing a diverse network of creative and cultural sector stakeholders in-country.
Brand and Market Positioning
- Championing the diversity of the UK arts and creative industries sector and strengthening the British Council's value proposition.
- Developing communications that showcase impactful stories and reinforce the British Council's reputation as a valued not-for-profit partner.
Programme Management
- Managing project finances, contracts, procurement, grants, due diligence and reporting to ensure effective delivery.
- Leading project management plans, resolving and escalating issues as needed, and holding partners, consultants and team members accountable for delivery.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree and/or equivalent experience
Professional Qualification and Certification
- Project management or equivalent qualification or equivalent work experience
Role specific knowledge and experience
Essential
- Good knowledge and understanding of current trends and practices in at least one sector of the arts and creative industries in the country
- Demonstratedexperience of working on national arts/ creative industry projects
Desirable
- Understanding and appreciation of current arts trends and practices in the UK
- Proven ability to deliver international arts projects and foster cross-cultural collaboration
