الدور الوظيفي
أداء دور رئيسي في تقديم برامج تعليم غير نظامي ذات أثر ملموس في لبنان، بما في ذلك برنامج Youth Connect، والتي تخلق فرصاً قيمة للشباب والمجتمعات. قيادة تنفيذ البرامج بسلاسة من خلال التعاون القوي مع الشركاء، والتنسيق الفعال للمشاريع، والإدارة المالية والتشغيلية القوية، بما يضمن الجودة والامتثال والأثر المستدام.
مسؤوليات الدور الوظيفي
إدارة الذات والآخرين
- مساءلة البائعين والموردين عن تقديم الخدمات مع الحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة.
- العمل بشكل مستقل، وإدارة الأولويات وحجم العمل للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
الدعم المالي
- تخطيط ميزانيات المشاريع والمصروفات التقديرية ومراقبتها ورفع التقارير بشأنها، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة ودعم الإدارة الفعالة للميزانية.
- ضمان سداد مستحقات الموردين في الوقت المناسب والامتثال الكامل للسياسات والإجراءات المالية ومتطلبات التدقيق في المجلس الثقافي البريطاني.
إدارة المشاريع
- إدارة البيانات، والتقارير، والامتثال، وإدارة المنح، والمشتريات، وأنشطة المراقبة لدعم تنفيذ البرامج بنجاح وتلبية متطلبات الجهات المانحة.
- تنسيق الفعاليات والتدريبات وأنشطة البرامج مع المساهمة في دمج التنوع عبر برامج التعليم غير النظامي والمشاركة الثقافية.
إدارة العلاقات وأصحاب المصلحة
- بناء وإدارة علاقات فعالة مع العملاء والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة لدعم أهداف البرامج.
- إدارة العلاقات مع البائعين والموردين، وضمان المساءلة عن تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة.
المساواة والتنوع والشمول (EDI)
- تعزيز ثقافة شاملة ومناهضة للعنصرية من خلال ترسيخ الإنصاف والرفاهية والوعي بالتحيز الشخصي في جميع جوانب العمل.
- دمج مبادئ المساواة والتنوع والشمول عبر مشاريع وبرامج التعليم غير النظامي، وتعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين، ودمج ذوي الإعاقة والشمول الاجتماعي مع الدعم النشط للتعلم والتطوير المستمرين.
المؤهلات
المؤهل العلمي
- درجة علمية أو خبرة مثبتة في أحد مجالات عمل المجلس الثقافي البريطاني (الفنون، التعليم، اللغة الإنجليزية)
المهارات الخاصة بالدور الوظيفي
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل في دور داعم ضمن البرامج أو المشاريع.
- خبرة إدارية وفي الإدارة المالية.
- فهم جيد للمفاهيم الأساسية للمراقبة والتقييم، ومدى أهميتها في الإدارة الجيدة للمشاريع

Role
Play a key role in delivering impactful Non-Formal Education programmes in Lebanon, including Youth Connect, that create meaningful opportunities for young people and communities. Drive seamless programme delivery through strong partner collaboration, effective project coordination, and robust financial and operational management, ensuring quality, compliance, and lasting impact.
Role Accountabilities
Managing Self and Others
- Holding vendors and suppliers accountable for delivering services while maintaining effective working relationships.
- Working independently, managing priorities and workload to meet project deadlines.
Financial Support
- Planning, monitoring and reporting project budgets, expenditure and forecasts, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting effective budget management.
- Ensuring timely vendor payments and full compliance with British Council financial policies, procedures and audit requirements.
Project Management
- Managing data, reporting, compliance, grants administration, procurement, and monitoring activities to support successful programme delivery and funder requirements.
- Coordinating events, training and programme activities while contributing to diversity mainstreaming across NFE and Cultural Engagement programmes.
Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Building and managing effective relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to support programme objectives.
- Managing vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring accountability for quality service delivery.

- Fostering an inclusive and anti-racist culture by promoting equity, wellbeing and awareness of personal bias in all aspects of work.
- Embedding EDI principles across NFE projects and programmes, advancing gender equality, disability inclusion and social inclusion while actively supporting ongoing learning and development.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree or proven experience in one of British Council’s portfolio areas (Arts, Education, English)
Role specific skills
- Demonstrated experience of working in a supporting role on programmes or projects.
- Administrative and financial administration experience.
- Good understanding of basic concepts of monitoring and evaluation, and how they are central to good project management
