- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Generate leads and cultivate a client base for translation services.
- Understand and address language service needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and drive sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Skills
- English & Arabic speaker preferred
- With sales experience for at least 1 year (preferred)
- Can assist customer inquiries via phone calls/email/face to face
- Can make cold callings, email marketing and promote the company services to any social media platforms.
- At least with knowledge in handling computer applications (MS Office, PDF and Email)
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with little supervision
- Preferable based in Dubai, UAE
