Job Description:
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, snapchat, Linkedin etc.
- Identify and target relevant audience segments based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data.
- Monitor spending against targets and adjust as needed to optimize performance as per the brief from E-commerce Manager.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce regular reports.
- Communicate campaign objectives, strategies, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.

About the Client:
A highly respected organization in the perfume industry, producing and distributing millions of perfumes to over 80 countries globally with outlets all over UAE.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic, CIS and Asian nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in the perfumes or non-food FMCG industry
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO etc.) and best practices
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook, or other relevant platforms is a plus
