About the role:

We’re looking for an outgoing and astute Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on managing our existing and high-net-worth clientele. The ideal candidate will thrive and excel in the company's fast-paced environment, helping to accelerate the growth of The Eleet.

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential businesses, clientele and consultants

– Manage existing and new high-net-worth clients for Real Estate and Development Projects

– Identify new business opportunities and strategies that align with the company’s values, ethos and growth plans

– Negotiate and close key business deals

– Liaise with our Australian offices and Directors

– Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service

– Work in close relation with all departments and staff

– Attend industry events and functions when necessary, and represent the company at these events

– Continually refresh personal knowledge of the Australian Real Estate market and associated industries, including upcoming trends and key competitors

Qualifications:

– Bachelor's Degree

– Highly proficient/fluent in written and spoken English

– Good command of multiple languages, including, but not limited to, English, Arabic and Hindi

– High standards of customer service with excellent people skills and ability to work with external parties

– Reliable, confident and proactive, with excellent grooming and immaculate presentation

– Team player and collaborator, with a friendly and outgoing personality

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

– Able to prioritise and work efficiently and effectively under pressure, managing tight deadlines

– Ambitious, possessing a strong work ethic that garners results
