  • Effective communication with the company’s customers, whether directly, by telephone, via the Internet, e-mail, or various means of communication... and focusing on achieving and enhancing customer satisfaction regarding the products and services provided by the company, whether during the process of selling the finished product or internal and external maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate and follow up continuously with customers, sales representatives, and all departments and divisions of the company to ensure that the sales and maintenance of products are completed at the best level.
  • Follow up on the completion of the sales, production and delivery of typical and atypical products to customers, through coordination and follow-up with all relevant parties.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services via social media, website or mobile
  • Provide customer feedback to the line Manager
  • Receive customer calls and record all their data, requests, and complaints, and record this on the customer communications reception form and send it to the direct manager, clarifying and recording the action taken, whether there is a customer complaint, inquiry, request for a price quote, or request for external maintenance.

Lives in or near 10th of Ramadan Cityproficiency in computer skillsbachelors degree (preferably Bachelor of Commerce).More than three years of experience in the same positionNegotiation and persuasion skills.
