*Customer Service and Sales Executive

1. *Customer Service Excellence:* Serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide detailed information about available properties, amenities, lease terms, and rental procedures.
  
2. *Property Tours and Presentations:* Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each rental unit. Present rental rates, lease terms, and any promotional offers in a clear and compelling manner to encourage leasing decisions.

3. *Lease Management:* Guide tenants through the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, lease agreements, and move-in procedures. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

4. *Sales and Lead Generation:* Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve rental occupancy goals. Implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, such as online listings, social media outreach, and networking events.

5. *Tenant Relationship Management:* Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Act as a liaison between tenants and property management teams to resolve issues and ensure tenant satisfaction.

6. *Market Research and Analysis:* Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Utilize market insights to adjust pricing strategies, improve service offerings, and enhance the overall tenant experience.


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or real estate, with a strong track record of achieving targets.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.* Knowledge of rental real estate laws, regulations, and leasing procedures is desirable.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.* Self-motivated team player with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.* Experience in real estate is a desirable.
